To date,we have <br /> been unable to locate any references to a distraction or discern just what the differences, <br /> if any,may be. Mr. Jeff Duggan of MOD has been mentioned as a possible source o <br /> clarification. Bob Will follow-up this lead. Additionally,Bill and/or Charlie will cheek <br /> with CORD representatives for any relevant information. <br /> Mr. Petrie has been making regular phone calls to members of the committee <br /> complaining of committee inaction on his"complaints." All agreed Haat,to date, his <br /> focus has been on perceived harassment by the Police Department and perceived slights { <br /> by other town officials. Thus far he has not presented any issues within the purview of <br /> the committee. The Pollee Department is presentlydealing with the ease. <br /> f <br /> Y <br /> Community Access Monitor Training will be conducted in Harwich on October 18 & 19, <br /> 2005. Bill and Charlie plan on attending. <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW, has in offned the committee that the contract has been let t } <br /> procure and install an automatic door at the front entrance to Town Hall. <br /> 2k <br /> C <br /> more efficient means for residents to contact the ADA C rn .ittee is necessary.
