The propoed boardwalk must be constructed at least <br /> 3.41 above the marsh. <br /> 3. inn /all shellfish destroyed or disturbed must be <br /> repla.ced and replanted immediatel upon completion of <br /> construction. <br /> The fl at must be stored upland from the marsh. <br /> 5.
