Six -oiler will be driven into the marsh. <br /> The resource areas affected are the c as`tai. bank, salt marsh, <br /> land under the ocean and shellfish. The top of the proposed <br /> boardwalk is 31 above the marsh . The deck elevation is at 11., 27' <br /> which i� ram e d down to elevation 61 and then i t is ramped down <br /> to elevation 51 . It is within the 451 restriction of the Town. <br /> Pauline DeLory, an abutter, aired that the applicant has <br /> permission from New Seabury Corporation over the easement area, <br /> The arnSwer was affirmative . She asked if the same were true <br /> about the re s e rare d 1 o t and easement area. Mr. Cameron said that <br /> they did have permission from New . ea ury Corporation ( owner' of <br /> the mars-h) <br /> Robert Mill- , Esq. of the Firm Smith and Cromley in Falmouth <br /> a.s recognized and Said that he represents the interests o ., <br /> Alexander Levine .
