DeLor' presented the pictures . <br /> Eli Harary, applicant, requested to see the pictures and stated <br /> that he hadn' t taken down "one branch" . He stated that perhaps <br /> the abutter~ wa.� speaking about the neighboring property. A `ter <br /> viewing the pictures , he said that "it is definitely the house <br /> next door to us ." Ms . du-Tont pointed out that the pictures were <br /> not taken nor presented to show the condition of the house . They <br /> are to document the condition of the area/land. Mrs. DeLory said <br /> that "thi� way before the house was- completed but these trees are <br /> a l l mis=sing now. She stated that the pictures are before the house <br /> was built. . .that it was all mar::�h area. She said that the devastation <br /> had been attempted to be concealed as someone had sprinkled rye grass . <br /> The rye grays was even growing in the hay bales . Mr. Harary said <br /> he did not �--ee it then.
