Eli Harary, applicant, requested to see the pictures and stated that he hadn' t taken down "one branch" . He stated that perhaps the abutter~ wa.� speaking about the neighboring property. A `ter viewing the pictures , he said that "it is definitely the house next door to us ." Ms . du-Tont pointed out that the pictures were not taken nor presented to show the condition of the house . They are to document the condition of the area/land. Mrs. DeLory said that "thi� way before the house was- completed but these trees are a l l mis=sing now. She stated that the pictures are before the house was built. . .that it was all mar::�h area. She said that the devastation had been attempted to be concealed as someone had sprinkled rye grass . The rye grays was even growing in the hay bales . Mr. Harary said he did not �--ee it then.
