Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of January 23, 1986 <br /> Page Two <br /> No one appeared to present further information on this proposal, <br /> On motion duly made , seconded and unanimously carried, the Proposal <br /> was DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. <br /> Peter Garvin Wm .. M. Warwick & Assoc. - Agent <br /> This application is to construct and maintain a. four-bedroom <br /> dwelling with attached deck; to perform landscaping within loo' <br /> of aordering vegetated wet meadow at Lot #1042 Uncle Perot'' s <br /> Road. <br /> Chris ClArk, representative for the Agent , presented plans . He <br /> said that the proposed dwelling is 501 at its nearest corner to <br /> the edge of the wetland. The driveway will be constructed on the <br /> road-side of the house and that is where most of the re-grading <br /> will take place . The project is not in the flood plain. A row <br /> of hay bales will be staked and will act as a. mitigating measure <br /> for erosion control. lir. Clark sketched in some hay bA es at <br /> this time and initialed the plans indicating that this was an <br /> addition. ) An existing trail will be acting as a. buffer as it <br /> separates the marsh from dry land . No re-grading will take <br /> place within loo' of the marsh. No lawn is planned at this time . <br /> Ms . duPont stated that the Commission will not allow loa..r i g and <br /> seeding. Fertilization and watering will also be prohibited. Ha <br /> bales will be required at the work limit area,, <br /> As there were no further questions , comments r discussion, the <br /> Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the project <br /> would be taken. unde r advisement. , <br /> Lois and Michael Gutman (Holmes & McGrath, Inc. - Agent <br /> This application is to construct and maintain.ta.in a, single-family <br /> dwelling with attached deck, on-site sewage disposal system, <br /> driveway and walls . To perform grading, shaping, loa. i g, seeding <br /> and planting of disturbed areas and areas surrounding the house . <br /> S Aaked bales of straw shall provide additional short-term erosion <br /> control . <br /> John Landers- auley, representative for the Agent , presented plans . <br /> He stated that the resource area is the coastal bark and the pro- <br /> ject is located on a salt marsh.
