Portions of <br /> the wetland are salt marsh. There is also fresh-water habitat . <br /> The proposed sewage system is outside the flood hazard zone as is <br /> the rest of the project. Staked bales of hay will be placed along <br /> the resource area during construction. The intent is to literally <br /> encompass pass the entire area of construction. The resource a.rea is a <br /> coastal bark and land subject to flooding. <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley stated that the project could not be accomplished <br /> without doing some damage to the resource areas . Of course , he said , <br /> this would be as minimal as possible , After construction, the area <br /> would be restored to a state where it will be stable and be able to <br /> resist storm-related erosion. <br /> Ms .
