Meadow Haven <br /> Drive #23 is a lot in the sub-division of Mr. Pomeroy. <br /> building permit and a permit from the .Board of Health have <br /> been obtained and "inadvertently due to the fact that the sub- <br /> division plan, itself, the property line of this particular lot <br /> as is the case of two lots roved they own and go right down <br /> to the edge 'of the Santuit Five, and it' s inadvertent that we <br /> did not realize that we were with.n loo' of the River, itself <br /> and that' s why we haven' t come before the Board previously. " <br /> The Lot line is 921 , <br /> Mr. Pomeroy presented photographs . The foundation is already <br /> in. Mr.. Pomeroy said that. there have been dumpings of cli.pp.ings <br /> on the river bank. This has been corrected. <br /> The plans and photographs were perused. The Chairman declared <br /> the hearing closed and stated that the matter would be taken under <br /> advisement . <br /> Seaside Associates <br /> I <br /> This proposal is to construct a. stairway from top to bottom of a <br /> bank adjacent to Ashumet Pond at Lot #7 Wheeler Road , leap #0049 <br /> and Piot #0001 . <br /> Kenneth Watt of Seaside Associates presented plans . The house <br /> now has a"Jer porary occupancy and use permit. The stairway is <br /> in but not completed . Work was stopped when it was realized that <br />
