That area has to
be pulled back and revegetated. Where are a series. of rocks and
groins that need to be re-positioned. They were peat there originally
to create a groin system so that the sand would be carried down into
the sluiceway.
Paul G. Mills called to the attention of the Building Inspector, the fact
that the structure appears to encompass more than 20% of the lot ,
s o Behrman noted that there appears to be a very unstable area near
the boat . It seems to be a, filled bank with a very abrupt drop.
-Mr. I rtick' said that would b'e taken care of by plantings to stabilize,,
Ms. Behrman -noted that the work limit is quite a distance out from the
house , 'There are a. lot of trees in the area, Mrs Martick said that
the work limit is "pretty ch" within the area contained in retaining
walls . He said that the staked hair bales could be closer is required.
It is felt by the Commission that they should be moved closer to the
dwelling.
The drywells shown on the plans are directed toward the Bay. Ivy'a
lartick said that they will probably be re-directed once the roof
lines are established,
There were no further questions , co ents or discussion.
