Chris Clark presented plans . The hoard of Health has requested <br /> that the septic system be upgraded. There is presently a. cesspool. <br /> The septic system will not conform with Title V as it is a. repair <br /> and that is acceptable to the Board of Health �as "it is an 'improve- <br /> ment". <br /> improve- <br /> ment". <br /> Very flat site so no hay bales are shown.
