Agent <br /> The Chairman opened for discussion the matter of the gross violations <br /> that have taken place under s -303 at 8 (Lot #526) Triton Way and <br /> the current filing for the same project under s -545. she noted <br /> that the current filing is "after-the-fact" as the structures have <br /> - already been constructed o the lot . She also noted that a cease <br /> and desist order had been issued by means of a letter written i <br /> October of 1985 and again in November of 1985. <br /> After discussion which especially centered on whether to deny the <br /> project or to deny it without prejudice , an Order of Conditions <br /> denying the project s 3-545 was written and will be issued. <br /> An Enforcement Order was written and. will be issued completely <br /> prohibiting work at that location and stipulating that double <br /> rows of hay bales are to be staked immediately around the perim teL- <br /> of the house and along the top of the coastal bank. <br /> The Chairman stated that two new special conditions should be <br /> adopted by the Commission as standard special conditions : 1 <br /> At the completion of the project , the project e ineer will certify <br /> as per play on file . 2 Within twenty-one 21 dans of receipt <br /> of the Order of Conditions , the receipt from the Registry of Deeds <br /> must be received by ;the Conservation Commission by certified mail. .. <br /> Motion was made ,e , s oraded and unanimously carried to adopt these <br /> conditions as standard, <br />
