Chris Clark presented plans. A pervious driveway is proposed. Mr. Clark said that New Seabury Corporation set up a broken space easement along the road. It is 40, wide. The proposed house is within 6' or 71 of that -easement. staked hay bales are shown just back of _of the deck. Proposed septic system does comply with Title V. There will be very little change in grade. No fill will he required, There were no further questions , comments or discussion. The Chairman Glared the hearing closed, The -proposal will be taken under advisement Elizabeth and Paul McClathhy,. Sr. This application is to repair and replace pilings and deck of existing docks at Lot #3 " Central Drive. The Chairman stated that she has received a telephone call from the Division of waterways that the license required has been applied for and is in process . There is a DEQE N . of S 3-540. � This is existing -prior to 1958, Elizabeth McClatchy appeared to present documents, New pilings will be placed. No shellfish have been observed by the applicant. Maintenance will he added to the proposal. There were no further questions , comments or discussion. The Chairman closed the hearing. The application will be taken under advisement. Richard Horton This is a request for determination of applicability to construct 16' x 28' wood deck at Lot #3 shore Drive. No one appeared to present this proposal. After perusal of the Request, the Commission members present unanimously decided that work proposed to be performed is not significant to the Act. Work can go forward. A Determination of Applicability will be issued,
