Determination is requested because they are moving the <br /> septic to the front from the rear which is within 50' of the water. The <br /> existing asphalt driveway will be removed and replaced with crushed s one.F <br /> The structure is being raised to obtain a second floor. They are reggestin <br /> a swimming pool in the back yard, ars above ground system dine to elevation <br /> with the lower ' in the ground. The owner also wishes to build a seawall <br /> as there is currently a seawall on either side of the property. This seawall <br /> will require engineering. <br /> Advice of the commission was. requested for the proper forst to proceed and <br /> s to whether septic can be started. <br /> The existing deck is 78' from the water~; proposed deck, at a lower elevation <br /> around the pool would be 36' from the water. <br /> POSITIVE DETERMINATION - Taken under advisement. Verbal approval was expressed <br /> for the initial work on the septic system provided permits are obtained from <br /> the Board of Health. <br /> James B. Wright - SE -572 (Holmes & McGrath) .
