Florence Wall came before the Commission to deliver her petition. The <br /> Chairman advised her that all documents must be mailed to the omm s o � y <br /> certified mail . <br /> letter was written to New Seabury Corporation to advise that the coastal <br /> bank at Mashop Village has not been vegetated as ordered and requesting <br /> cooperation within 10 days. <br /> There was discussion of the Order of Conditions for Robert Lap i n 's Pool , <br /> SE4 -555. Elliot Rosenberg stepped down during discussion. It was noted <br /> they were mailed May 22, 1986 but no file copy available. <br /> A 1 etter was wit ern to Mr. Lappin advising of his failure to stake and main- <br /> tain <br /> ain- <br /> tain hay bales as required and requesting his reply in writing within 5 days <br /> to advise steps taken to bring the project into compliance. <br /> There was discussion of amendments to minutes and the Chairman stated this <br /> should be accomplished at the meetings . <br /> Gregory J.
