Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of June 26, 1986 <br /> Rage 3. <br /> Mashpee shores Realty Trust - Continued: Mr. Sullivan stated he does have a <br /> building permit, but does not have the Order of Conditions on Lot #13 Redwood <br /> Circle. <br /> Ms. Beh rman advised there were no hay bates on this lot which also comes within <br /> 100` of the Mashpee River. There is no record of Board of Appeals action on the <br /> 100' variance, a copy of which should be filed with Conservation. A stop work <br /> order has been issued by the Building Department. <br /> The Chairman stated there is nothing in the files to show an enforcement order <br /> or letter and requested that Commission members not act independently. <br /> letter was written to Mr. Sullivan stating that a double row of hay bales <br /> are to be staked and maintained re s -470. The clearing must be re ege ate <br /> with temporary ground cover for erosion barriers until suitable native shrubs <br /> are r -establ fished. The D.E. .E, number shculd be posted on the lot. A copy <br /> f the order of conditions will be included. <br /> There being no further questions , comments or discussion , the Chairman declared <br /> the hearing closed. <br /> DENIED AS PRESENTED. . Mr. Sullivan was advised he has 10 days to appeal to <br /> D.E. .E, , Lakeville, Dass. <br /> Level Sollows Development Corp. BSC Cape Cod Su e_y - Agent #1 Santuit Pond <br /> Rd. # E4 - 69. sieve Maas presenting. To construct, maintain , grade and land- <br /> scape a portion of the roadway access to Beechwood Point at Lot #1 Banti t Pond <br /> Road. He stated the purpose is construction of a fire road to the edge of Santuit <br /> Pond as required by the Fire Department to get water from the pond. Landscaping <br /> will be with shrubs and trees not requiring fertilization. <br /> Ms. Behrman stated a landscape plan should be provi ded for the record. Also , <br /> there is no definition of where the 100' set back is on any of the plans. She <br /> furtheres oned the depth o the pond that the hydrant pipe would reach out <br /> to as this is not shown in the plans. <br /> Mrs.- Jacobson puesti oned a future building and recreational use of the area with <br /> parking rather than fire access. Mr.# Haas said the area would be used only for <br /> fire trucks to turn around. <br /> The applicant has stated they have a hydrographic survey of the pond and it was <br /> requested that a copy be filed with Conservation with the distance of pipe noted <br /> thereon. <br /> A letter was written to Chief Ha rti n requesting his s corr nts and suggestion. <br /> Sue Breenberg , abutter, stated the road appears different from the original plan. <br /> Mr. Haas stated it has been shortened. <br /> Barbara Robbins , Santu i t Homeowners Assoc. , stated the road into the condominiums <br /> has not been dealt with as promised.- she cited catch basin problems. Also , she <br /> asked if the access road to the condominiums could have the curve lessened. The <br /> Chairman advised these concerns should be rade in writing to the applicant. <br />
