.• t <br /> 4 <br /> M1 <br /> Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of duly 3 , 1986 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Meadow Haven Realty Trust (Low & Weller Inc-. ) . A single family dwelling o <br /> Lot #22 Meadow Haven Drive. <br /> A letter from Robert Lenk, an abutter, voicing opposition was presented by <br /> Richardson Jonas and read by the Chairman . Mr, Jonas stated the plan does <br /> not show that the road is at the edge of the bank. He wished to go on record <br /> as opposed to anything going within 100' of the river. <br /> The Chairman stated a special ' order of conditions will be issued stating the <br /> deck will be 55' and the house 65' from the river, <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT. <br /> Mr. Low asked to speak concerning Lot #23. After the Order of Conditions was <br /> issued to Mr. Pomeroy the property was transferred to the present owner. The <br /> order is not yet recorded. <br /> Mr. Low was informed the Order should be rewritten and resigned and a letter <br /> should be sent to the Commission requesting a change. <br /> VOTE: Moti ori made and seconded to accept the minutes of June 26, 1986 a <br /> written, <br /> There was discussion of meeting every other week and one meeting a month to <br /> take care of Conservation business. <br /> Ms. Sehrman showed pictures of Lot #.11 Ockway Bay, Owner Bilodeau. There is <br /> no D.E. .E. number posted and hay bales are not staked. A certified letter <br /> was dictated to Holmes & McGrath stating this project is not in compliance <br /> with the Order of Conditions . Failure to comply will result in issuance of <br /> an Enforcement Order. <br /> The Commission was advised Edward Co iron i would like to appear as soon as <br /> possible to discuss instructions received from the Board of Appeals . He <br /> will be asked to meet with the Commission an 7 :15 p.m. <br /> A letter from Robert & Angela DeMi chef e , 16 Cayuga Avenue,, SE4 -356, was <br /> read. A letter was dictated advising then they are- required under their <br /> Special Order of Conditions to complete reveg etat i ori immediately within <br /> 100' of the water and them may proceed to the other conditions . <br /> Mrs. Jacobson suggested reorganization of the Committee at this meeting. <br /> After discussion it was agreed to postpone reorganization until September, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated s hw would like to review procedures . <br /> A scheduled meeting with the selectmen will take place upon notification <br /> from the Executive Secretary. <br /> There being no further business to core before the Commission, meeting was <br /> adjourned at 9:20 p,m, <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
