Mr. Braman appeared before the Commission to state .he had received request for some additional information modified plan on Joseph & Rosemary Burns , #SE43. 562. Ms. Behrman stated there was a question raised re changing the location of stairs to avoid cutting down some of the vegetation of the banking. It was stated at the previous hearing that the stair plan might be modified and we were awaiting modification of design. Mr. Braman stated there would be no new plan. There being no further comments or questions the Chairman declared the hearing closed. The matter taken under advisement. Vickie Barletta W'm. W. Warwick & Assoc. To construct a wood pier, ramp and float at 289 Popponesset Island Rd. , #SE43-532, Land subject to coastal storm inundation. Bill Warwick presenting . This project was licensed i n 1982 by Waterways , #950, but has expired. The property changed hands and the Order of Conditions was never fol Iowed through. The Board of Appeals has approved. The Commission was shown on the plans the enact location _of abutting docks. Ms Behrman raised the question re railroad tie stairs going down to. the beach. If the doom is built giving access to the water, could the stairway be removed. Mr. Warwick stated this could be put in the order of conditions and he felt k they would be agreeable. r f t Theeari ng was declared closed and an Order of Conditions will be issued in 21 days. John O' Neill , Lot 273 Taffrai 1 Way. (Wm. W. Warwick & Assoc. ) To construct a wood pier, ramp and float. Mr. Warwick stated this is a simple pier, 15 feet of structure, This has been before Conservation and has been approved by the Appeals Board. Conservation's request to move the structure to protect a pine tree has been complied with and the structure has been moved 13 feet andre- staked. The structure comes off a slope and a ramp to an 8' x 16 ' float. The Harbormaster and Shellfish Commission have been notified. Noted that there were no comments from the Harbormaster or Shellfish. Float will be constructed of plywood. Pier has 1 " spaces . Concerning the two red cedar trees on either side of the pier, Mr. Warwick stated they will remain.
