Based on the concerns of the Board, the pool was pushed back from 53 feet to 66 feet. Staked bales of hay and grading have moved 13 feet or more. All the stripped areas will be graded , shaped , seeded or landscaped. The Conservation Officer advised an on-site inspection was done and asked what was planned for the disposal of water. Mr. Lander stated their advice was if chlorinating, wait 7 calendar days before pumping with a small pump. Water does not have to be changed on_ a yearly basis . The question of a dry well was raised. Mr. Landers stated he world rather not see it go into the ground water directly. With the tidal exchange there, it is probably in the order of 1 -1/2' , be doubted there would be any problem with stag- nant waters. There being no Further questions or comments the Chairman declared the hearing closed and an order of conditions will be issued i n 21 days . It was noted DEQE has advised that this land is subJeot to storm inundation. Mr. Landers inquired concerning the hearing for George Wise which M , Bergman presented last week. This has been staked and plans have been revised. He was i nfored the committee was waiting for the revised plans. John & Maria Rousou (Iran. M. Warwick & Assoc. -Agent-Agent) To construct and maintain a wood pier, steps, ramp and float extending less than 45 feet into the waters at Ockway Bay at 484 Summersea , New Seabu ry. Bill Warwick present- ing. Mr. Warwick stated that has been approved by the Board of Appeals . Concerning the notice from BEQE with regard to the question of a Chapter 91 license". Mr. Warwick stated this has been sent to Waterways and the Army corps of Engineers . Tb i s matter was before conservation with Chris Clark who was advised to take it before the Board of Appeals. There was some question as to an abutting dock on Lot 486. He showed correspondence from the owner, Mr. Leibman , who has agreed to move the present dock back onto a ramp out of the way of the ousou property. Mr. Rosenberg asked if this dock on the adjacent property is is pursuant to ars Order of Conditions . Mr. Warwick did not know. Ms Brown inquired where drainage presently is going and stated it is her understanding the dryw l l goes beyond and onto abutting property and then empties into Oofway Bay. They are proposing a walkway with steps to Deep at grade. The dock will b feet above the salt marsh. Shellfish Commission and the Harbormaster have been notified. Louise Behrman stated it is hoped if Shellfish has a comment not ,bust on the Board of Appeals aspect, but Conservation, they will send them to us or we will preclude they have no comments, There being no further comments or questions , the Chairman declared the hearing closed.
