Elliot Rosenberg stepped down for this
hearing. Mr. Lucente had been requested to appear resulting from a letter
of complaint from the Summer Sea Village Committee.
He reviewed the project on which he received a stop work order six months ago.
for going beyond the 11 foot contour. He stated this was due to the stakes
being moved- and new stakes have been put i n. The Enforcement order was read.
. Lucente stated he has compl ied and is on the 20 foot contour as the stale
is 9 feet into the woods. He advised the brush is there due to never receiving
notice he could resume work.
Ms Behran stated a single row of hay bales rather than double required were
on the site. Further, slash and fill are on the other side of the hay bales.
This erosion material rust be removed on the dowhni l l side of the hay bales..
Mr. Lucente agreed to place a double row of hay bales horseshoed across the
back and 10 feet from the back corners and will remove all debris , trees,
limbs and branches . No heavy equipment will be used and down hill of the-
hay bales will be dragged up by hand. M . Lucente advised he has sold Lot
1 , but will do this lot also.
Lebel -Sol logs Development Corp. , #1 San tuit Pond Rd. Coati nu ed from 6/26.
BSc-Agent, Roger Mceish presenting.
letter dated June 26 to Chief Hartin and his response of duly 9 were read
to the commission. Chief Hart i n hes requested that the developer also provide
a dry hydrant to allow year round access to a lower elevation due -to the slope
of the terrain. Maximum um elevation for the outlet of the dry hydrant above. the
water level is 10 feet.
Mr. Mc levish stated a 24" diameter pipe will go 40 feet into the pond. The
dry hydrant cannot be at the top of the hill as it cannot pull from a source
down below, it must be no higher than 10 feet above pond level .
Mr. Mcg evish stated he did not know if this has been before the Planning Board.
Question was raised re the 20 foot width of the road. It was suggested a 12
foot width would suffice for a single land road. Also , concern was voiced
for useage of such a road in a pond area already declared in a vulnerable
state.
Mr. Rosenberg stated as a future dock is shown on the plans , this raises the
question whether the intent for a fire access road is being completely open.
