He suggested the water be pumped to a holding cistern above <br /> which would be effective and efficient. He advised that according to the State, <br /> the Pond is 50 dead now. <br /> M . Mcevi sh started the elevation of the pond is 43 feet. The 2 " diameter <br /> pipe will be elevated 36-1/ - 37' , feet to the bottom. Dr. Lerman stated <br /> this would be a potential hazard to boats , ski i ers and children. <br /> Anne Korner asked other options that have been considered and proposed the <br /> creation of a pond on the site and suggested a comparison of costs with the <br /> proposed road. She stated the ecological system is- being endangered. ., <br /> Lynn Lerman stated her concern for potential future use once the road is in. <br /> A dock is shown as being in mind and cannot be ignored as it is less than <br /> 6 <br /> i nnocentr i <br /> Concerning the depth of the pipe, the Commission was advised the pipe must be <br /> t a- depth where it is not in danger of freezing. A trench 12 feet deep will <br /> be required to bury the pipe. <br /> Ms Behrrnan suggested a pump house with a holding tank at the top of the .hi 11 . <br /> She expressed concern for the Herring spawni ng areas with the pipe trenched into <br /> the bottom of the pond. Mr. Mc evish stated a perp house would also require access. <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT. <br /> Mrs . Lerman and Mrs . Korner reques ted a copy of the Order of Conditions , when <br /> issued. <br /> John 0. Harris ,, Lot 4 James Circle. Holmes McGrath - Agent. Mr. Bergman <br /> presenStephen VanTol stepped down for this hearing. <br /> Receipts for abutters notification were presented. Copies of tax bills will <br /> be mailed to the Commission, as requested. <br /> This is a proposal to construct a single farm ly dwelling with well and septic <br /> system. The site lends to a garage under. The house will be 61 feet from the <br /> edge of the wetland. Driveway is proposed asphalt, parkin.g area could be crus had <br /> stone. The drainage will go -d wn the driveway qd.-be contained in the parking <br /> area. The retaining wall is 20 Feet from the edge-- of":-the wets a nd. <br /> John Varkonda asked the amount of gallows for the leaching catch basin and Mr. <br /> Bergman advised it will be according to the Sub-division Control Law, <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it would appear this lot will be filled to a depth o <br /> 7-1/2 feet and a platform pint in to elevate the house. <br /> Mr, Bergman stated the highest fill would be -1/2 - 9 feet on the retaining <br /> wall dropping to 7 feet at the other corner. outward of the retaining wall <br /> there is little change in the exisIting grade. <br />
