An abbreviated Notice of Intent was filed to install three flow diffusers with washed packed stone to be located equidistant from two wetland edges . This was the subject of a request for an emergency order. This is an existing failed system they are asking to repair and has been approved by the Board of Health and the Health Agent will be present during the installation. The house is set at 42 feet. The deck is within 65 feet of a vegetated wetland. There is a master plan on file locating proposed well and septic. Hazy bal es are proposed along the work limit feet from the deck and also with the pro- posed well . An 8 foot. width is to be cleared. Concerning the question of the installation of the well , Mr. Slavinsky stated the Commission could write that into the Order of Conditions as desired. An abutter, Clyde Miller of Red Brook Rd. , stated his family will be putting in three wells directly in back of the well being put in and he is concerned with the draw down and suggested moving the proposed well 10 feet, Mr. Sl avi ns ky stated M shpee has a 150 foot requirement between well and septic. This well is 152 feet. Also, there is a 10 foot r q i rernent from all prop- erty The septic is exactly 10 feet. The chairman advised Mr. Miller's concerns should be addressed to the Board of Health. Mr. 1larkonda question the staking of the work limit and stated he would like to see it on less of a steep grade. Mr. Slavinsky stated everything is done on a topo by others and they located the edge of the Zetland. 'Ms .
