' a.shpee Conservation Commission Page Eight <br /> Meeting of July 26, '1984 <br /> Cotoit Bay__,Condominium Trust -- Riverview Avenue <br /> Stuart Bornstein, Bill Weller of Low & Weller, Inc. , representative <br /> and, Ron Schmidt, Project Manager, were present for this presentation. <br /> Mr. Bornstein stated at the onset of the hearing khat he did not <br /> have the amount of $38-50. for the filing fee with him nor did he <br /> have the certified mailing receipts indicating notice to the abutters, <br /> He said that he would bring them to Town Half, tomorrow, July 27, 1984. <br /> This application is to construct and maintain a multi-famioly building, <br /> -- <br /> install sub-surface sewage disposal system, a well and any other work <br /> t appurtenant thereto.' Under discussion is Building No. 6, Lot #14 and <br /> Building No, 14, Lot #15, <br /> Flans were presented and there was' disoussion about whether or not <br /> there had been one or two f161ings # It was ascertained that the <br /> application before the commission tonight is for those two buildings , <br /> Nos. 6 and 14. The foundation under discussion is for Lot #15, <br /> Building No. 1 . <br /> Mr. , e-ller stated, "tasically, the two locations are relatively, <br /> e spe Cully in the case of Lot #14 and 15, in the same general area <br /> s was originally approved and in no instance is it any closer to <br /> the wetland area than what was originally intended ." He said that <br /> the Mashpee Conservation Commission had rigi3 ally approved a previous <br /> fi <br />
