Thomas stated that recent and torrential rain had uncovered <br /> a great dead, of debris. There ensued much discussion concerning <br /> the removal and/or non-removal of the pictured debris �d <br /> below <br /> - <br /> surface debris that i uxphotographab e <br /> because of location. The <br /> is under repair and Which is located o the Santu*t � <br /> comment and discussion concerned the fact that where variousas <br /> of work are now being performed at that location is in violation <br /> i.e . i within 10f of the river, No order of Conditions has been <br /> issued for this work and Ms . Dardano stated t "You can' t work within <br /> 1.001 of wetlands without an Order of Conditions . She emphasized <br /> that a Notice of 'Intent must be filed and all proper and regulatory <br /> procedures must be adhered to without remiss . Rr. Bornstein in- <br /> dicated verbally that he understood that no further work is to be <br /> performed until all proper and authorized procedures had been <br /> "worked through" * Chairman Studley called for a Motion on this matter. Ms , Damao moved that hay bales e placed along g <br /> to the edge <br /> where erosion is a- problem from the villa along the river and in- <br /> cluding <br /> n- <br /> cluding Building No. 9. Said hay bales must be staked and main- <br /> tained. The motion was seconded and the motion was carried una . <br /> imous ly in favor, <br /> Harvey Novack William M. Warwick & Assoc. , Inc.
