Haggett - Lot , Godfrey Road <br /> As a DEQE filing number has now been received concerning the pro Sect, an <br /> order of Conditions was written asfollows: <br /> 1. The proposed stairway shall, run from the present walkway <br /> and temporary stairs will be relocated to the center of <br /> the recessed patio at the rear of the dwelling. <br /> . All posts shall be put in manually. <br /> 3. All,.-proposed work shall be performed during the non-growing <br /> season - November ber t April. <br /> 4. This project will require a building permit and proper <br /> notification at least 24 hoursprior to the commencement <br /> of construction. <br /> 1 . All work shall be performed in accordance with plans sub- <br /> mitted and on file with the Conservation Commission. <br /> Milton Sabers i - Lot , Waterline Drive, Little Neck Bay <br /> Having received a OEQE filing number, the following special conditions <br /> were stipulated on the Greer of Conditionsto be issued: <br /> 1, All work is to be done by hand. No heavy equipment shall <br /> e used to carry out this project. <br /> 2. All clearing and cutting is to be done selectively. <br /> 3. Where will be no alteration of grading. <br /> 4. All areas of removal of poison ivy and other selective <br /> clearing shall be seeded with indigineous varieties of <br /> ] awn grass by hand. <br /> 5. All work performed shall be none in accordance with the <br /> plans submitted and approved at the public hearing. . d <br /> As there was no further business to core before the Commission, the <br /> meeting was adjourned at ll :oo P.
