After much discussion, it was suggested that <br /> a landscape engineer be employed to assist in making and helping to <br /> implement the detail that is considered necessary to carry out this <br /> project satisfactorily. It was decided that the Commission would <br /> accept a general landscape pian specifying depth of topsoil, type <br /> of grass seed, varieties of cuttings and plantings, and the method <br /> of doing the actual work.
