Ater discussion, it was emphatically emphasized <br /> that no heavy equipment would be allowed to work in that 'area., on <br /> that site . <br /> The question arose as to what was going to become of existing <br /> vegetation especially the grasser areas and the rosa, rigosa which <br /> has already been planted. D r. I a.gihian and Mr. Dermarderosian <br /> stated that there was ample money budgeted for landscaping and re- <br /> planting of any disturbed vegetation and maintenance . Maintenance <br /> will be done by the trustees . Mr. Dermarderosian indicated n the <br /> Order of Co d itions that there was a -stipulation, "All disturbed <br /> areas shall be landscaped and vegetated , " Mr. Tavares ins is to d <br /> that landscaping and revegati �g should be i `i a.�i represented. <br /> Ms . Dardano stated that the maintenance program should also be <br /> outlined as a program. After much discussion, it was suggested that <br /> a landscape engineer be employed to assist in making and helping to <br /> implement the detail that is considered necessary to carry out this <br /> project satisfactorily. It was decided that the Commission would <br /> accept a general landscape pian specifying depth of topsoil, type <br /> of grass seed, varieties of cuttings and plantings, and the method <br /> of doing the actual work. It was again emphasized that no heavy <br /> k� <br /> equipment would be allo. .Yed. Any work cannot be done any closer than <br /> 25to the edge of the bank.
