Mashpe e C ons erva ion Commission Page Two Meeting of August 30, 1984 The Chairman stated that the Commission is in receipt of a Notice Of Appeal on the petition of Gerald S . Epstein DEQ File No . SE -358 . D E � will be making an on-site inspection and a. determination Chairman Studley referred to a situation concerning Donald Pressman owner of a condominium unit at Cotuit Bay Condominiums regarding ma.-te ial construction of his patio. The situation which deals with the fact that the patio is ntruc Ued of concrete block and not crushed stone wa.s brought to the attention of the Commission by Stu.art Bornstein, owner of Cotuit Bay Condominiums . Due to the matter being brought to the Commission' s - attentions , a letter dated August 15, 1984 was written and railed to Mr. Pressman instructing him to replace the material in accordance with the stipulations the original covenant . Mr. Pressman has replied y letter dated August 28, 1984, which i essence, states that the Comm, ission was given erroneous information by 1fir. Bornstein. Mr. Pressman requests an on-site inspection and Mis . Dardano and K s . Thomas have agreed to make that inspecition. She also suggested that in future , such requests should be made directly o the Conservation commission; however, that decision will be made in the near future .
