Mashpe e C ons erva ion Commission Page Two <br /> Meeting of August 30, 1984 <br /> The Chairman stated that the Commission is in receipt of a Notice <br /> Of Appeal on the petition of Gerald S . Epstein DEQ File No . SE -358 . <br /> D E � will be making an on-site inspection and a. determination <br /> Chairman Studley referred to a situation concerning Donald Pressman <br /> owner of a condominium unit at Cotuit Bay Condominiums regarding <br /> ma.-te ial construction of his patio. The situation which deals with <br /> the fact that the patio is ntruc Ued of concrete block and not <br /> crushed stone wa.s brought to the attention of the Commission by <br /> Stu.art Bornstein, owner of Cotuit Bay Condominiums . Due to the <br /> matter being brought to the Commission' s - attentions , a letter dated <br /> August 15, 1984 was written and railed to Mr. Pressman instructing <br /> him to replace the material in accordance with the stipulations <br /> the original covenant . Mr. Pressman has replied y letter dated <br /> August 28, 1984, which i essence, states that the Comm, ission was <br /> given erroneous information by 1fir. Bornstein. <br /> Mr. Pressman requests an on-site inspection and Mis .
