R <br /> ashpee Conservation Com, ission Page Three <br /> Dleeting of Agust 3o, 1984 <br /> Ater discussion, the Conservation Commission voted to allow the <br /> use of the Coast Guard of John' s Pond Park Beach for the purposes <br /> previously stated and for the dates requested, A meeting will be <br /> called in the near future to discuss policies and procedures re- <br /> garding the use of John' s Pond Park and Beach with the Park Commi- <br /> ttee <br /> r mi-ttee s it will be necessary to plan c3r_,refully for next season. <br /> Chairman Studley left the meeting at 8 :20 P. M. March Cardano, <br /> Vice Chairman, assumed the chairing of the remainder of the meeting, <br /> Messrs . Kistin & Gray were not present as scheduled to discuss <br /> matters concerning C tuft Bay Condominiums . <br /> The next item scheduled for discussion was the matter of hiring a <br /> consultant . Ms . Dardano stated that it was becoming apparent that <br /> many complex plans , ideas , presentations , projects , etc . would be <br /> coming before the Board for review and or/approval the Board that <br /> may well e beyond the expertise the o r.-ration Commission . Dardano stated that there is and will be monies available for such <br /> consultation services from the Legal Engineering Fund established for <br /> the Commission each year.
