MAS HP -CONSERVATION J MMSION <br /> Meeting of November 29, 1984 <br /> The following members of the Board of Conservation Commissioners were <br /> present at this meeting: March Dardano, vice Chairman; E . Stuart <br /> Peoples ; Eliot Rosenberg; B . Jean Thomas . Douglas Boyd was present <br /> in an advisory capacity. <br /> The meeting was convened by vice Chairman, March Dardano, at 7:50 P. M. <br /> The Vice Chairman announced that on-site inspections have been <br /> scheduled by DEQEfor the following: <br /> lo Marilyn & Joseph Benoit Unit #25, Maushop village) on <br /> December 6, 1984 at 1:00 P, M, ; <br /> 2 , Tide V,Tatch village (New Seabury) on December 6, 1984 at . <br /> 2:00 P. <br /> 3. Earl. Marsters. Redbrook Corporation) on December 4, 1984 <br /> at 11:15 P. Me <br /> Theproposed project of Eli arary was briefly discussed re : mod- <br /> ifications t the original Order of Conditions , The modifications <br /> have been written and incorporated into the original Order of Condi- <br /> tions and were presented to Chris Clark, representative of Wry. m, <br /> Warwick & Assoc . , Inc . , Agent for the applicant at this meeting. <br /> Mr. Clark was instructed to and consented to inquire of DEQE as to <br /> whether or not this caner of modification was acceptable and <br /> appropriate , Mr. Clark will report back to the Commission concerning <br /> this <br /> A continuation the hearing held on November 8, 1984 on the <br /> application of James D . Meegan to construct and,maintain dwelling, <br /> on s ite sewage system and driveway at Lot #38Birch a * has pe e <br /> Shores was held . Tim He nnig an, Agent, presented plans that had n o t <br /> been submitted at the initial hearing. Mrs .. Thomas submitted a photo- <br /> graph of the proposed project site . r. Hennigan stated that the <br /> foundation footings and elevations bring the level up to the minium <br /> 12' requirement . He stated that there will be approximately 57 cubic <br /> Yards of fill including material that will be taken opt for excavation. <br /> Theplans were inspected and briefly dis cussed. s . adan called <br />
