MAS HP -CONSERVATION J MMSION Meeting of November 29, 1984 The following members of the Board of Conservation Commissioners were present at this meeting: March Dardano, vice Chairman; E . Stuart Peoples ; Eliot Rosenberg; B . Jean Thomas . Douglas Boyd was present in an advisory capacity. The meeting was convened by vice Chairman, March Dardano, at 7:50 P. M. The Vice Chairman announced that on-site inspections have been scheduled by DEQEfor the following: lo Marilyn & Joseph Benoit Unit #25, Maushop village) on December 6, 1984 at 1:00 P, M, ; 2 , Tide V,Tatch village (New Seabury) on December 6, 1984 at . 2:00 P. 3. Me Theproposed project of Eli arary was briefly discussed re : mod- ifications t the original Order of Conditions , The modifications have been written and incorporated into the original Order of Condi- tions and were presented to Chris Clark, representative of Wry. m, Warwick & Assoc . , Inc . , Agent for the applicant at this meeting. Mr. Clark was instructed to and consented to inquire of DEQE as to whether or not this caner of modification was acceptable and appropriate , Mr. Clark will report back to the Commission concerning this A continuation the hearing held on November 8, 1984 on the application of James D . Hennigan stated that the foundation footings and elevations bring the level up to the minium 12' requirement .
