He has recommended that a row of staked hay bales be placed at that point . Mr. Clark said that the proposed septic system does conform to the requirements of Title V. Further, theme will be a l00% reserve leaching area installed Mr. Clark said there will be no changes in the grades from the found- ation to the water.. Mrs . Thomas expressed concern about the proximity of the foundation to the ACC area, Mr. Clark expressed some agreement. In answer to the question of deck construction, he was of the opinion that it was to be constructed of sonotubi'ng. The deck is approximately 1 1 wide . Mr. Clark said that it would not be cantilevered. Mrs . Studley called for further questions , comments or discussion. As none was forthcoming, she said that the matter would be taken under advisement. Wm. M. Kolb .Corp. This application is to repair and maintain an existing stone mound, install additional polyfilt r and crushed stone and revegetate ex- posed -posed areas at #529 Triton Way, New S e bury. Mrs . William Kolb appeared before the Board to present information 1 regarding the proposed project . She stated that the existing sea. wall was put up approximately eight years ago and is very much in meed of repair. The property is located next to laushop Village . Access to the project site would be by right-of*-way along side of the property which does go right to the beach. There is a prior Order of Conditions which was to construct but not t maintain There was no Certif icate of Compliance issued at the time of completion of the prior filing project for construction. Mrs , De cry said that a Certificate' of Compliance was not a requirement at that time . It was agreed by members of the Commission present that the information being presented was incomplete and inadequate . Mrs . Kolb wasin- structed to gather the appropriate informations wake the proper filing with DEQE which filing has not been done and the hearing will be cont- inued at the meeting scheduled to be held on November 29, 1984, Chairman Studley loft the meeting at 9:00 P, M, Vice Chairman Marc rao chaired the meeting from that time until conclusion.
