Hennigan said that the project site would remain about the same <br /> as it is except for trees and vegetation that must be removed for <br /> construction. Tavares, Mr, Boyd said, "When they put the addition on <br /> the cottage, they put the whole matter within the jurisdiction of the <br /> Commission. It was agreed by the members present that attorney Kirrane <br /> had un intentionally given . an erroneous impression on this very point . <br /> As the addition is attached to the originally presented Cottage project <br /> plans , it is the opinion of all members present that it is a 'part and <br /> parcel" situation and must be treated as such. <br /> positive <br /> A/Determ ination of Applicability will be issued .
