dh r MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Meeting of November 1, 1984 The following members of the Conservation Commission were present at this meeting: March Dardanot Vice Chairman; Pauline a ory Wye Tavares Dorothy G,, Studley, Chairman* Douglas Boyd was present in an advisory capacity. Chairman Studley convened the meeting at 5 P. Mo George Benway spoke before the Board regarding Bayview Condominiums. He said that he has requested an Extension Order of one year for that r project. In addition, he is asking for a Certificate of Compliance ..r la i .__ o the separate issue of the* order of Conditions that were issued on _.the pier. The reason for the extension request is because the project is still under construction. It is about half-way completed. He said the reason he is asking for a Certificate of Compliance for work completed to date is 1 record it for the pier as it is done (2) the project, in its ent ire ty:appears to be sold to Charles River Park Properties . He stated that his requests are part of legal tech- nicalities in regard to the sale , Chairman Studley noted that completion of the project is estimated to be the middle of 1986. After brief discussion, Chairman Studley called for a motion to issue an extension for project S3--Z1, Bayview Condominiums , for a period of one year because the project has not yet been completed. TheEx- tension Order will be back-dated to August 3C, 1984 making the expiration date on the Extension Order August 30, 1985, Ms . Dardano made the appropriate motion which was seconded by mrs . DeLory, The motion was carried unanimously. Chairman Studley brought up the project of William C ►ming at Simmons- Narrows imm x - Narrows to Mr, Benway.. She inquired as to whether or not the fill at that site had been removed. fir.
