l a hpe of C ons a rvat i on Commission Page Two <br /> e e t in of Nov6mber 1, 19 <br /> Chairman Studley said that what is being requested is repairing the <br /> existing rock revetment and she said, "They also propose the use of a <br /> crane and loader to rework, re-,Position and underline with a filter <br /> cloth. Access will be by previously designed access area as exhibited <br /> on Exhibit *DO . S me repairs and grading of this accessway will be <br /> necessary." Mrs. Studley stated (emphatically) t " hey cannot use this <br /> accessway because it is under a Cease and Desist Order." <br /> It was agreed to deny this application without prejudice. Access to <br /> the project area through the buffer one is denied because of an existing <br /> Superior Court Injunction on a prior project, S -3l6. <br /> The Commission made the following recommendations in the form of <br /> Special Conditions to the Order of Conditions written <br /> 1. The Commission recommedds that steps be taken to re,,vegetate the <br /> area with rasa rugo a, kulms of American beach grass and other indig� <br /> eneous plant material. Said plantings must be maintained and fertilized <br /> until well-established. <br /> 2a No mechanized equipment shall be used and all work shall be done <br /> by h and. <br /> 3a S taked hay bales shall be placed and maintained during the winter <br /> and early spring months . <br /> Chris Clark, representative of elm. M. Warwick & Assoc. , Inc. , agent <br /> forEli Harary, appeared before the Board to present modifications t <br /> the original filing. <br /> Mr. Clark stated that an Order of Conditions had been issued on December <br /> 2, 1983 for the project which is located at Lot #39, wheelhouse Lane , <br /> According to Mr. Clark, the architect has changed the plans of the house <br /> over the course of the year. <br /> Since there have been no major changes in the original plans for the <br /> project, Mr. Clark inquired as to whether or not a re-filing would b <br /> necessary, It was the unanimous opinion of the Board members present <br /> that a modification of the existing Order of Conditions mould be suff - <br /> cier t. The same filing number, SE 3-3i3 t would be applicable . <br /> Ir. Clark was instructed to submit a modification to the exist <br /> Order of Conditions for consideration of the Board. <br /> Mr. Clank spoke on the pro eot of Franc A. Donato which involves <br /> the construction, repair and maintenance of a retaining wall , pool, <br /> deck and dock at Lot #41, Great Neck Road. Mr. Donato has received <br />
