The matter will be reviewed by the <br /> Commission before further discussion. <br /> The application of Earl Marsters for a project presented tt public <br /> hearing on October 11, 1984 was reviewed for the purpose of writing _ <br /> the requested Order of Conditions . <br /> After discusslo t it was unanimously decided to deny the application <br /> without prejudice under the -laws of the Town of Mashp a and the <br /> etlands Protection Act. The following information will be required <br /> for consideration for re--submission: <br /> 1. Designate detailed methods to be used to stabilize the bank t <br /> reduce erosion due to wind and rain run,-off. <br /> 2. An assessment of the effects of the natural Food chain and the <br /> fish run. <br /> 3.
