The north end of the building sits into <br /> hili and fill will have to be high enough for that ruling. The level facing <br /> eaward will continue as it is. Mr. Mitchell stated the stales on the lot are <br /> he four corners of the-house. <br /> ehrman suggested the flow diffusers be moved to the south to allow the house <br /> o be moved closer to the road, 35 feet from the edge.
