CONSERVATION COMMISSION Meeting of September 11 , 1986 OMMISSIONERS PRESENT: V. Louise Behrman, Gertrude Ferriday, March du Pont, Stephen VanT l . Also present was John 1larkonda. ABSENT: Carol Jacobson, Elliot Rosenberg and Mary Brown. he meeting was ca-lle(tto order at 7:30 p.m. - James R. Mitchell , to construct a summer residence at Lot 34 Fopponesset s 1 a nd Rd. Mr. Mitchell" presenting. Abutters were notified. This residence o be built under flood zone ruling. The north end of the building sits into hili and fill will have to be high enough for that ruling. The level facing eaward will continue as it is. Mr. Mitchell stated the stales on the lot are he four corners of the-house. ehrman suggested the flow diffusers be moved to the south to allow the house o be moved closer to the road, 35 feet from the edge.
