Tina Bayl og presenting . <br /> Ms Beh rr a n questioned the amount of fill required. Bay 1 og stated volume <br /> had not been calculated. She also stated the landscaping plan had not been <br /> sent to DEQE. <br /> it was noted a revised building plan showing a cross section was requested <br /> at the hearing on September 2 . Two different plans have been presented and <br /> the retaining wall in back of the ga raga shown on the landscaping pl an ,I s _t;;::P' <br /> shown on the original plan provided to DEQE and the Commission,. . - <br /> It was suggested a building plan with a cross section where the most fill will <br /> be should be provided. It was also reque ted contours in the garage area b <br /> shown, what the contours actually are and what the revised contours will be. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing until November ember 6, 1986 <br /> at 7: 45 p.m. <br /> . 7-0 45 - Peter J. The pool is on the basement lural and the deck on the f rst <br /> floor level above. The edge of the deck i s 80 feet from the marsh, 61 feet from <br /> the transition zone. <br /> Re plans to evacuate the pool , Mr. Burgmann stated a 4 inch PVC well put in <br /> prior to Highwood Water Co. supplying the property with water can be used . <br /> Dechlorin i at ion could be provided for by refraining from use for a period <br /> of time. <br /> John Ila rkon da stated a n amended Notice of Intent will have to be filed. Mr. <br /> Burgmann stated, as is the practice in Falmouth, a' letter was sent requesting <br /> the amendment to the Order of Conditions which wok 1 d require amending the Notice <br /> with a copy to D EE to put them on notice also. <br /> It was noted hay bales on the property are in poor condition. Fill in the <br /> kettle hole is in the process of being removed. <br /> Mr. B i t od ea u stated fill from the pool area will be moved to the front of the <br /> house to fill a small depression with the excess to be hauled away. A rip-rap <br /> or hyd roseed i s planned in front to maintain the bank. <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT - ORDER of CONDITIONS To BE ISSUED WITHIN 21 DAYS. <br />
