ASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Meeting of October 23, 1986 PRESENT: V. Louise Behrman, Gertrude Ferriday, Carol Jacobson, March duPon , Mary Iia r to r . ABSENT: El 1 iot Rosenberg . Also present for the meeting were John varkonda and Gerald Sprout. The meeting was called to order at 7.30 p.m. 7:30 - Rich Rea1ty Trust (All - Cape Survey) , Lots 15 & 16 Janes Circle, Con-t i need from September 4 and September 25. Tina Bayl og presenting . Ms Beh rr a n questioned the amount of fill required. Bay 1 og stated volume had not been calculated. She also stated the landscaping plan had not been sent to DEQE. it was noted a revised building plan showing a cross section was requested at the hearing on September 2 . Two different plans have been presented and the retaining wall in back of the ga raga shown on the landscaping pl an ,I s _t;;::P' shown on the original plan provided to DEQE and the Commission,. . - It was suggested a building plan with a cross section where the most fill will be should be provided. It was also reque ted contours in the garage area b shown, what the contours actually are and what the revised contours will be. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing until November ember 6, 1986 at 7: 45 p.m. . 7-0 45 - Peter J. Bi lodeau (Holmes & McGrath) , Lot 1 1 Oc way Bay Rd. , Request for Amended order of Conditions to allow for a 1 . X 32 swimming pool and deck. Bob Burgmann presenting. The pool is on the basement lural and the deck on the f rst floor level above. The edge of the deck i s 80 feet from the marsh, 61 feet from the transition zone. Re plans to evacuate the pool , Mr. Burgmann stated a 4 inch PVC well put in prior to Highwood Water Co. supplying the property with water can be used . Dechlorin i at ion could be provided for by refraining from use for a period of time. John Ila rkon da stated a n amended Notice of Intent will have to be filed. Mr. Burgmann stated, as is the practice in Falmouth, a' letter was sent requesting the amendment to the Order of Conditions which wok 1 d require amending the Notice with a copy to D EE to put them on notice also. It was noted hay bales on the property are in poor condition. Fill in the kettle hole is in the process of being removed. Mr. B i t od ea u stated fill from the pool area will be moved to the front of the house to fill a small depression with the excess to be hauled away.
