Access will be from Tide Watch for which permission <br /> has been received from New Sea bu ry and also to place some of the stone in various <br /> areas of the beach due to confusion in ownership, <br /> Ms Fa n to i stated fill has not been calculated. A 1 -1/2 on 1 slope is to be <br /> obtained. The intent i s that once fill is placed and graded, the bank will be <br /> l oame and seeded, if possible. Ms O'Malley presented <br /> from their files a request dated 5/29/79 to the Conservation Commission and a <br /> response from the Commission giving permission to repair the wall for damage <br /> from winter storms . <br /> It i s proposed to extend the wall proposed by Mr . Bel ki n and integrate with the <br /> Burke proposal for a vertical extension to protect the Burke property from further <br /> erosion. <br /> The amount of fill used will be only that sufficient to support the stones with <br /> a F i l ter cloth placed behind the stones . <br /> Ms du Pont raised question of allowing a revetment on a vacant lot which would <br /> set a precedent. Ms Fantoi cited the Commission denial for a revetment on <br /> the N renberg property which was allowed by the State as the precedent, <br /> John Va rkonda stated beach nourishment cou1d not be conditioned by the Comm- <br /> ission. Ms Fantozzi stated that in the filing a letter from Chris Burden <br /> states that a condition of the agreement is that 125% of the sand; that is <br /> kept from joining the system has to be contributed to the ongoing' nourishment. <br /> That is part of the f i l i n and part of the agreement. <br /> Ms Beh rman requested a copy of this documentation as part of the file that <br /> this will be done. <br /> Ms O' Ma l l ey adv k sed rete i pts f rom abutters a re s t ill cm i ng i n .
