Tina Bayl g presenting. The cross sections were redrawn <br /> including the retaining walls with volume calculations for fill . Fi l l will be <br /> stored in the front area and a bobcat will be used and then hand trucked. I t <br /> will be clean sand from the basement area. A double row of staffed hay bales <br /> will be used. <br /> Retainingwalls will be composed of rough grain boulders 1 - 16 inches in dia- <br /> meter <br /> ia- <br /> t r cemented i n place. John Varkonda suggested rods be added for stability. <br /> Ms Bayl g stated this could be included i n the order of conditions . <br /> Ms Behrman questioned the soundness of structureand the depth of the retaining <br /> walls. She expressed concern with the pressure behind the walls. John suggested <br /> the building inspector have approval of all walls over 4- feet high. <br /> Mr. Pont i er i advised the first wa 1 1 wi 1 l come up 6 feet, going back, and up another <br /> feet. The height of the wa l 1 at the garage was unknown. Ms. Behrman stated this <br /> should be noted on the plan. <br /> Mr. P nti r i stated he questioned problems with the walls and has been guaranteed <br /> by Mr. Tavares that the walls will be secure. <br /> It was noted all plans are in agreement. <br /> There being no comments or questions the hearing was closed. <br /> ORDER OF CONDITIONS TO BE ISSUED ITHI 1 DAYS . <br /> Diane & Marvin Glick (All Cape Survey) Lot 62 Keel Way. Request to construct <br /> a wooden dock and two floats on great River. Tina Ba y l g presenting . The steps in <br /> the enforcement order have been removed. <br /> Question was raised concerning a dock already i n place. s Baylog to ted the <br /> history f this is unmown. It appears to be a floating d1 with a mooring . The <br /> ownership of this is unknown. <br /> The location the proposed dock is directly over the area where the stairs were. <br /> The elevation of the dock is 6'3", elevation at mean high water is 2 '3". Ms . <br /> Baylob advised the cross section is vertically exaggerated 1 times. A ramp is <br /> proposed which will not be as vertical as is shown. <br /> X <br /> ` .rJ <br />
