Ha rtoun i an <br /> was not aware of this and advised the engineer is away. <br /> It was suggested the lot be staked and the edge of the wetland defined. He stated <br /> o grade changes are involved and f III is minimal . <br /> After reviewing the plans , it was noted the house is shown as 44 s 26 but the <br /> actual house with garage is 46 x 26 and the driveway is not �nd i ca ted . <br /> Mr. Hartounian agreed to have the plans revised tc show the correct size of the <br /> house with the driveway location indicated . The house will be staled on the lot <br /> with the wetland def i n d and the 1 i m i t of work shown on the site. <br /> HEARING G CONTINU D INDEFINITELY. <br /> There was discussion f sewage treatment plants and the effect on the Mashpee <br /> River. I t has been reported that the Fox Run plant will not be using chlorine. <br /> There was discussion of the Charles Nlrenberg property. The building inspector' s <br /> requirement for engineering approval on the swimming pool has not been sat i sf'r. d. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson questioned the occupancy of the house without a permit. It was <br /> agreed a letter will be sent to the building inspector stating the Nirenbergs <br /> are living i n the house without an occupancy permit, have failed to comply with <br /> an order of conditions and the commission suggests a consultation about joint action <br /> and a meeting with town counsel to resolve this matter. <br /> Enforcement orders Issued: <br /> Ronald Hilton, Lot 9 Frog Pond close <br /> Richard Terry, Lot 11 Pu nkho r n Point (Requested by Mr. Terry <br /> Mr. Cahill , bot 11 Punkhorn Point <br /> Joseph Ma arella , 183 Tamberlane <br /> Bowden, 6 Vale Lane is requesting a n amended order of conditions. The commission <br /> had denied the retaining walls at the back of the house. On the recommendations <br /> f the building inspect1on and their landscape architect, the retaining walls will <br /> be put in the front of the house. The front two are 2 foot high, 16 feet long and <br /> those on the side of the house are 3 feet high. They are requesting reconsideration. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to issue a rev i sed order of conditions to accept <br /> the revised plans . <br /> A letter from Joseph Elovitz, 83 su mersea Road , was read requesting an extension <br /> permit on hils hisorder of conditions as the pool cannot be started unt l l spring . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to grant an extension to Joseph Elovitz. <br />
