.i <br /> Mashpee Conservation commission <br /> Meet-Ing of November 20, 1986 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Rich Realty - continued: <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested obtaining a variance on the setback and moving the <br /> house towards the street. After referring to the zoning bylaw it was noted <br /> the minimum bui1ding setback to lot lines i s 40 feet. <br /> Ms Beh rma n stated the limit of clearing should be wherever the hay bales <br /> are put and should be five feet from the ,hots se. <br /> The driveway is to be of semi-pervious material such as crushed stone, <br /> John advised the well is in the natural buffer within 20 feet of the pond. <br /> Ms Beh rman stated there would be a 5 foot maximum on the width of the slot <br /> for the we l l . <br /> Comments from abutters: Joe creedon, President of the Seabrook Village <br /> Association of Homeowners , stated that under one of the covenants, when <br /> Rich Realty bought the land they were required to submit a set of plans <br /> to -the assoc iat io'n for approval which was not done. The association w i 1 i <br /> take title to the streets and the common ground from Earle Marsters . Mr. <br /> redon cited prob1ems with people clearing brush and cutting trees in the <br /> common ground and legal action will be started. He further advised crushed <br /> stone driveways are not allowed per association rules , they must be asphalt <br /> or cement. <br /> The Commission advised Mr. creedon that any area within 100 feet of a wetland <br /> carnes under the protection act and must be as dictated by the law, not the <br /> association . Mr. Creedon stated the association ' s concern is with crushed <br /> stone washing into the street. He was assured that was not l i del in this <br /> case. <br /> The Chairman stated some of the commission ' s concerns for the information <br /> of the association. <br /> Mr. c reedon advised the bylaws of the association are be i.ng rewritten and <br /> will be provided to the commission when available. He a l o ,adv i sed there <br /> are cranberry bogs for which the association will be receiving title. There <br /> is no intent to work these bogs for which they will have responsibility. <br /> John agreed to provide a list of plantings and agreed also to meet with <br /> representatives of the association. <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER OF CONDITIONS WITHIN 21 DAYS. <br /> --------------- <br /> 8: 45 - George C.
