The association w i 1 i <br /> take title to the streets and the common ground from Earle Marsters . Mr. <br /> redon cited prob1ems with people clearing brush and cutting trees in the <br /> common ground and legal action will be started. He further advised crushed <br /> stone driveways are not allowed per association rules , they must be asphalt <br /> or cement. <br /> The Commission advised Mr. creedon that any area within 100 feet of a wetland <br /> carnes under the protection act and must be as dictated by the law, not the <br /> association . Mr. Creedon stated the association ' s concern is with crushed <br /> stone washing into the street. He was assured that was not l i del in this <br /> case. <br /> The Chairman stated some of the commission ' s concerns for the information <br /> of the association. <br /> Mr. c reedon advised the bylaws of the association are be i.ng rewritten and <br /> will be provided to the commission when available. He a l o ,adv i sed there <br /> are cranberry bogs for which the association will be receiving title.
