He also to ted the building inspector <br /> had required more of a footing . The builder , Edward Govoni , pointed to <br /> the plans and stated i t was all in there and the commission should have <br /> realized this. <br /> The Commission was in agreement this was not in the filing . It was also <br /> noted the septic system was redone with no hearing by the commission. <br /> variance was granted by the Board of Health. <br /> After discussion i t was agreed Ms Beh rm n would send a memo to the Board of - <br /> Health <br /> f - <br /> Health asking ng when they are requested to grant a variance for a wetland area <br /> that the Conservation Commission be allowed to provide input a t -the hearing <br /> and request to be notified when they have such a request before them. <br /> Also, a memo will be sent to the planning board asking that before they sign <br /> off on a bond for road construction that the Conservation Commission be asked <br /> if all conservation procedures have been complied with. <br /> letter was read from Edward Govoni , builder for Mr. Mi rl i ss, re filing for <br /> new permits . Permission was requested to install only the footings at this <br /> time. i t was agreed this cannot be allowed without a hearing . Request denied. <br /> A request has been received from Guy and Ann Br i g i da for an amended Notice of <br /> 1 n ten t. They are proposing to change the footprint of the house. The garage <br /> ill be further away from the wetland, the deck is the sane distance. The <br /> Commission was in agreement with the plan. <br /> Patrick J. They <br /> propose a landing in the middle of the stairs . Also, a sauna tube cement <br /> footing was called for in each post in the stairs . The stairs will be bolted <br /> together and the footings "Wi 11 not be requ i red. Proposed instead is 2 x ' s <br /> cut into one foot 1 ging the as footings under each post. John Mated an on-site was <br /> done with her engineer who is requesting an amendment on conditions 14, 17 and <br /> 18, to which John agreed . Extensive filling has been done on the neighboring <br /> lot which has spilled over onto 184 and an enforcement order was issued on the <br /> abutting lot. The amendment is to r grade it back up to a natural . slope and <br /> revegetate with. natural vegetation. The commission was in agreement with the <br /> plan. <br /> It was noted no response has been received from the abutter, Mr. Mazarella , <br /> on the enforcement order. <br />
