Hyman Mirliss - Continued Mr. Mirliss stated on Friday tha t at the time of the hearing he did not realize the extent of the project. He also to ted the building inspector had required more of a footing . The builder , Edward Govoni , pointed to the plans and stated i t was all in there and the commission should have realized this. The Commission was in agreement this was not in the filing . It was also noted the septic system was redone with no hearing by the commission. variance was granted by the Board of Health. After discussion i t was agreed Ms Beh rm n would send a memo to the Board of - Health f - Health asking ng when they are requested to grant a variance for a wetland area that the Conservation Commission be allowed to provide input a t -the hearing and request to be notified when they have such a request before them. Also, a memo will be sent to the planning board asking that before they sign off on a bond for road construction that the Conservation Commission be asked if all conservation procedures have been complied with. letter was read from Edward Govoni , builder for Mr. Mi rl i ss, re filing for new permits . Permission was requested to install only the footings at this time. i t was agreed this cannot be allowed without a hearing . Request denied. A request has been received from Guy and Ann Br i g i da for an amended Notice of 1 n ten t. They are proposing to change the footprint of the house. The garage ill be further away from the wetland, the deck is the sane distance. The Commission was in agreement with the plan. Patrick J. Riley SE 43-559, clearings 5/15 - 6/5/86. Asking for an Amended -Notice of Intent a the stairs going down h i l l w i l l run into a tree. They propose a landing in the middle of the stairs . Also, a sauna tube cement footing was called for in each post in the stairs . The stairs will be bolted together and the footings "Wi 11 not be requ i red. Proposed instead is 2 x ' s cut into one foot 1 ging the as footings under each post. John Mated an on-site was done with her engineer who is requesting an amendment on conditions 14, 17 and 18, to which John agreed . Extensive filling has been done on the neighboring lot which has spilled over onto 184 and an enforcement order was issued on the abutting lot. The amendment is to r grade it back up to a natural . slope and revegetate with. natural vegetation. The commission was in agreement with the plan. It was noted no response has been received from the abutter, Mr. Mazarella , on the enforcement order.
