No fill wi l 1 be distrib- <br /> uted <br /> istri - <br /> uted on the site. There wi l I be no l anap i ng . Digging will be by hand from <br /> the upland side. Under the deck i l l be gravel . <br /> Mr. Benway agreed to modify the application to include the deck and the extension <br /> of portion of the northeast side of the house. <br /> HEARING CLOSER - ORDER of CONDITIONS 12 1 DAYS . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to ratify an Emergency order of Conditions <br /> to Michael ran f i e l d. <br /> A letter was dictated b Elliot Rosenberg . <br /> The following orders of Conditions were issued <br /> Ronald McCarthy <br /> Edward Weber <br /> Ronald Hilton <br /> David Colpitts <br /> Kem tcn Nickerson <br /> Referring to lots that' are stripped and work in not begun for several years , it <br /> was agreed to discuss, at a later date, the addition of a standard condition re <br /> work starting and being ori-going in a Mated period of time. <br /> Ms Behrmar left the rcom a.q Pine H 1 1 1 Estates was to be discussed . Mary Ma rs ters <br /> stated she did not wish to participate in the discussion a s she has learned some- <br /> thing <br /> om - <br /> thirig about the applicants. There was discussion of the quorum requirements . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg Mated his interpretation i that if four people are sitting and the <br /> vote i s 3 to 1 on an order, that is a l ega 1 order but because of the peu 1 r a r i ty <br /> of the statute, it must be signed by a majority of the commission. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 10: 45 p.m. <br /> Respectfui ly submitted, <br /> Diana M.
