Jears <br /> Thomas ; and: n an advisor; capacityp Douglas Boyd. <br /> As there was no quorum,, all public hearings scheduled for this date <br /> were re-scheduled and continued until January 10 , 1985 . <br /> Deer Crossing - Carl Gra se ti, Vice 'President of the Co structi0 on <br /> Division of deters Hartel Corporation, developers of Deer .Cross n <br /> was present to submit/file plans for the second and final phase of <br /> site development at Deer Crossing. These pians have been filed with <br /> the Planning Board . <br /> As this matter was not properly scheduled to be brought before the <br /> Board at this - meeting, Mr. Gras s e t i was instructed t o 'be present at <br /> the meeting to be held on January 10 , 1935 for Further presentation <br /> and discussion. <br /> Jo eph i naitis of 10 Brickyard Roach has requested, by letter, an <br /> tens ion permit for work at that location. As work on this project <br /> has been previously extended by perm*t by the Conservation Commission, <br /> Mr . Ki na itis will be be asked to submit reasons for allowing- another <br /> extension before such extension will be granted, <br /> A memorandum regarding the proposed re-location of jehu Pond Road <br /> has been received , A response to that memorandum will be directed <br /> to the Planning Board stating that as this ratter falls within 1009 <br /> of a wetland area and is a fragile resource area, the Conservation <br /> Commission is opposed to the proposedre-location. <br /> Vice Chairman Dardano stated that a positive superseding Determination <br /> of Applicability has been received from DEQE regarding the proposed <br /> project of Marilyn & Joseph Benoit, S 3-365 . <br /> Vice Chairman I a.rdano stated that a, superseding Order of Conditions <br /> has been received from DEQE with regard to the project of Paul N. <br />
