C1 P A I o C -GiII I O N <br /> Meeting of December 27, 1984 <br /> Present at this meeting were March Dardano, Vice Chairmane a <br /> Thomas ; and in an advisory capacity, Douglas Boyd, <br /> As there was no quorum, all public hearings scheduled for this date <br /> were -scheduled and continued until January 10 , 198511 <br /> Deer r,s i - Carl A. Grassetti, Vice president of the Construction <br /> Division of deters Hartel Corporation, developers of Deer Crossing, <br /> was present to submit/file plans for the second and find phase o <br /> site development at Deer Crossing. These plans have been Filed with <br /> the Plaming Board . <br /> As this matter was not properly scheduled to be brought before the <br /> Board at this meeting, Mr. Grassetti was instructed to 'be prent a <br /> the meeting. to be held on January 10, 1985 for further presentation <br /> and discussion, <br /> Joseph Ki naitis of 10 Brickyard load has requested, by letter, an <br /> e tension permit for work at that location. As work on this project <br /> has been previously extended by permit by the Conservation Commission, <br /> -r"r .. K i knar t is will be be asked t submit reasons for allowing another <br /> extension before such e-.,t ens i on will be granted. <br /> A memorandum regarding the proposed re--location of jeu Pond .load <br /> has been received . A response. to that memorandum will be directed <br /> to the Planning Board stating that as this ma iter} falls within 1001 <br /> of a wetland -.rea and is a Fragile resource area, the Conservation <br /> Commission is opposed to the proposed re-location. <br /> Vice '' airman Dardano stated that a positive superseding Determination <br /> of Applicability has been received from DQE rewarding the proposed <br /> project M rilyn & Joseph Benoit, SE 3-365 . <br /> Nice Chairman Dardano stated that a supersedin� Order o Conditions <br /> has been received from EQE. with regard to the project o"" Paul N. <br />
