A copy of those special Conditions is attached hereto for that reason. Ms . Dardano stated that a letter has been received from Peter R Perpall, Esq. , attorney for Edgar A. Leaf concerning the proposed construction project at Lot r 12 Captain' s Row, DEQE s 3-383 . In that letter, Mr. Perpall states , "Upon reading the statutes and he regulations , it seems to me that the Mashpee Conservation Commission had let the statutory time elapse before notifying the applicant of their decision. " A response was drafted and a reply was then mailed to Mr. Perpall, a copy of which is attached hereto . Vice Chairman T ardano stated that a letter has been received from Joseph J . Reardon, Esq. , requesting clarification of his role o non-role in the ratter regarding DEQE SE 4 3 X16 - Clam Shell Road/ M u hop village/Neer sea ury. Ms . Dardano drafted a reply to that communication which met with the approval of members present; both communications in coloy form are attached hereto , The Conservation Commission has received an invitation from the Historical Commission to meet with them on Monday, January 21 : 1985 at aroiatelY " : P. { . for the purpose of exploring ways in which the t%,o Comissions can cooperate and be rwatucally supportive , Ms . Dardano and Mei s e Thomas stated that they will attend and a r s- pons.e. will be given to the Historical commission.
