It is <br /> noted that the applicant a.nt gill have to appear before the Board of <br /> Appeals due to the proposed length of the dock. In the upland <br /> area, the intention is to hand-dig the holes for the necessary piles . <br /> Ms . Thomas noted that the elevations indicated on the plans are not <br /> current, The plans will have to be modified to reflect the changes ,, <br /> After brief discussion, it was ascertained by the Acting Chairman that <br /> there were no further questions , comments or discussion. She stated <br /> that the matter would be taken under advisement. No order of Conditions <br /> can be issued until a. DEQE No. is received . <br />
