Proposed construction shall be not less than 51 above the surface of Jehu Pond 2. All work is to be done by hand. No mechanized equipment will be allowed on the shore or pond. 3. All distrubed meas shall be re-vegetated 'Immediately upon completion of the proposed work with native and indi- eneous species of vegetation. 4. All shellfish disturbed/d e s t r o r d -in the area by this construction work must be replaced.
