Chris C l ark, representative of the agent, presented plans , He stated that Mr. Collins is not the owner of record, - r Mr. Clark pointed out that there is a very large "clean-out area" di- catedon the plans which is required forthe septic system because the material .of the ground and the proximity of ground water, Title requires a 25' clean-out all the way around the system and replacement with fill material. He stated that no fill is to be brought in, rather, fill used will be from the excavation. All disturbed areas will be re-planted immediately with indigeneous plant materials .
