r <br /> Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of August 28 , 1985 <br /> Paige Two <br /> at Lot #26 Fells Fond Road , New S eaury. <br /> Christopher Costa# agent for the app icant ,presented plans and <br /> explained that the project will consist of a dwelling, sewage- <br /> disposal system, deck and driveway. The deck had not been menti Dned <br /> in ,the Notice of Intent. The deck will be attached to the house . <br /> It will be constructed of pressure--treated lumber. Sonotubs will <br /> be placed by hand in hand-dug holes . The driveway will be of pea <br /> stone - no asphalt. There will be no lawn. Two feet of fill will <br /> be placed 'n the back of the house . Three feet of fill will be <br /> placed in the front and graded toward the road. <br /> .There were no questions , om.rnts or discuss ion. Ms . Dardano stated <br /> that the project would be taken under advisement. <br /> Georze Logan - All Cape Survey Consultants , Inc. - Agent <br /> This application is to construct a new dwelling in the buffer zone <br /> t Lot #34 Fell Fond. Road, New seabury. <br /> Christopher Costa, agent for the applicant, presented plans and <br /> explained that this project is almost 'Identical to the one r en ted <br /> i immediately prior to it except that this dwelling will not Rave a <br /> deck. <br /> The 3oard members present agreed that all disturbed areas must be <br /> covered with bark mulch and that the driveway must be of a permeable <br /> material . <br /> George Leach - (Eldredge Engineering Company, Inc. - Agent <br /> This application is to construct a, single-family dwelling and under-' <br /> ground utilities within the wetland buffer zone at Overland Road. <br /> This hearing was continued until the next scheduled meeting of the <br /> Board to be held on September l2 , 1985 because agent did not have <br /> certified rail receiptsshowing abutter notif kation. <br /> Peter J.
