There was some discussion as to haviong an alternate plan. As there were no further questions , comments or discussion, the Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the proposal, would be taken under* advisement. David sanic i, representative for the Agent , presented plans and stated that it was requested to hear all of the above-indicated proposals together not only because of their proximity and the co- relationship o-r•elations ip of the panties but also because of the similarity o the oonstruct a.l and environmental aspects . He stated that he would deal with the I eimberg proposal first . The proposed dwelling would be 65' from the edge of the pond. The sewage system would be located approximately 130' back from the top of the bank. Hay bales will be placed and staked around the limit of work. There is an existing pump douse which will remain. No changes in contours are proposed,
