Sanicki presented plans for Barnett Berliner at Lot #9 <br /> Sturgis Landing, He stated that the existing house is 23' from <br /> iashpee 'Pond . The proposal is to build around the existing <br /> dwelling and away from the pond at the same time . This proposal <br /> add = a little driveway towards the house a little bit more than <br /> it exists presently. It will be constructed of permeable material . <br /> It will allow through traffic to the other property. There is <br /> merely enough room for perhaps two cars to park, <br /> Mr. Sa icki presented plans for Marilyn Berliner at Lot #8 <br /> Sturgis Landing. The proposed expansion will be as close as 3o' <br /> to Mashpee Pond. There are no plans to remove any more trees than <br /> necessary for the construction of the expansion. There is <br /> proposal to extend the gravel driveway. The basic expansion is <br /> practically identical as to Lot #9, It is further back and higher <br /> than the house on Lot #9. <br /> Ms . Behran suggested that there be a 101 limit of work, <br /> Ms . duont declared the hearing closed as there were no further <br /> questions , comments or discussion. <br /> All three proposals will be taken under advisement , <br /> The Chairman submitted minutes for hearing held on October 24, 1985 <br /> for the purpose of determining whether or not an emergency situation <br /> exists at Ma.usop Beach, New Sea.bury, as a result of recent weather <br /> conditions effected by the Hurrican Gloria on or about September 27 , <br /> 19850 <br /> he also submitted for approval axedsigna.ture a statement of the <br /> Commission that the evidence presented by Mrs .
