w ASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING OF MARCH 5,, 1987 COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: V. Louise Beh rrnan, Heather Urquhart, carol Jacobson, Gertrude Ferriday. ABSENT: Elliot Rosenberg , Mary Marsters, March duP n t. Also present were ,Joseph Burns , Associate Member r and John Va r konda , conservation officer, The meeting was called to order- at 7:30 P.m. 7: 30 Joseph Foley, (Doyle Engineering) Continued 1/22/87, 215/87. To con- struct and maintain a wood dwelling, attached garage and deck, sewage disposal system and well at Lots 17-520 Point Road. s teve Boyle presenting. He ad- vised i-ised the changes requested by the Commission have been addressed. - Updated plans da ted 2/6/87 were submitted . Ms Behrman stated the prior hearing should not have been heard as Commissioner Mary ars tors , s tepp d down as an abutter and there would not have been a. quorum. . Mr. o l e advised the house has been relocated 50 feet back from the wetland. The hayba l es were roved back also and taped to catch ruse off . Abutter Robert DeLory stated he attended the hearing on February 5th -and was told by Mr. Doyle that he was not the owner of record of the marshland and he submitted a note from the tax collector together with a tax bill for the prop- erty. He advised he visited the property as recently as 4.30 p.m. today and did not see the bounds at the back or front of the property. He further stated .the lot does not meet zoning requirements of o-,000 square feet. If not a con- cern of the commission , he stated he wanted it recorded in the minutes anyway. Mrs . p=er r i day advised the only concern of the commission i s where the house is staked out. and where the marsh Is located . Ms Beh rman stated , with the bill ,, it is on the record now that Mr . l eL.ory is the owner of record. Concerning the lot size, this would be a matter for the Board of Appeals .
